The Mission

Taskitoola is a caregiver-built platform powered by Linden House. Our mission is to be able to design accessible, user-friendly tools that make supported living, group home coordination, and rural caregiving easier, safer, and more connected. Built by people doing the work, our apps reflect the real needs of small teams—where every shift counts and every mistake matters.

Meet the Apps

Tools built for the journey of care.

Travarii will be a flexible, platform with modular tools for eMAR, Care Plans, Communication, Goal Tracking, and more. Built specifically for supported living teams. With intelligent agents designed to assist with tasks like scheduling, documentation, and medication prompts, Travarii is being built to reduce complexity, increase confidence, and support the people behind the care.

Smarter scheduling for care teams.

We’re developing ShiftMate as a flexible, caregiver-designed scheduling tool for the real-world needs of group homes and small teams. It’s being built to support weekend rotations, seniority, shift preferences, and compliance rules—so you can spend less time filling gaps and more time focused on care.

Guided support for stress-free med passes.

We’re building MaddiPass to simplify and support safer medication administration in supported living. Staff scan a medication bottle to confirm the right client, dose, and time—reducing errors and stress. The tool will log passes, prompt next steps, and work with existing MARs—no extra hardware required.

Because connection is everything.

We’re working on a simple AAC app to help non-verbal individuals express their needs using image-based phrases and speech output. Our goal is to build a tool that’s fast to learn, easy for staff to use, and smart enough to adapt over time—using AI to suggest phrases based on past use and context.

Who's behind Taskitoola?

Our Team

Taskitoola is powered by Linden House, a supported living provider in rural Washington that serves individuals with developmental disabilities. As caregivers ourselves, we understand the real challenges of managing care, medication, and staff on small teams with limited resources.

We’re building these tools not just for us—but for every provider doing big work in small settings.
